This amazing little ring has been a lifesaver, a stress-saver and a gorgeous accessory! Ringly connects to your phone via bluetooth and lets you receive customized notifications through a light vibration and subtle (freaking awesome) glowing light. Get this...the ring box is it's charger. Im pretty much beside myself because I LOVE anything gadget and this just takes the cake!

Lately I have been pretty busy with collaborations, two teens/toddlers and staying in touch with friends/family that I feel like I'm constantly on my phone...like seriously my friends and family are getting a bit tired of me constantly checking my phone (yeah you -__-). I totally understand...I get it, it is a bit rude but thanks to this ring I can now keep my phone in my purse and check it only when a certain color glows. Let's say Im out to lunch with a friend and I don't want to be rude by being on my phone checking my social media accounts. I know I need to answer any calls or texts from my husband or my kids schools so, I just set a color and vibration pattern on the app and put my phone in my purse and boom!!! Im phone free until I get a notification that someone important is trying to get in touch with me. A lifesaver right?!?! Perfect gift to a special  friend or to yourself!

It's been so crazy around the house with a few remodel projects and two kids starting school. I am constantly on the go! During the day I like to get things done but I also like to slow down for a bit and take a few breaks because we all know breaks are needed to power on throughout the day!

Willa and I have been meditating during the day and is a perfect little getaway for the both of us between running errands, picking kids up and doing house work. Sometimes we break out in dance and she has so much fun however I get to burn a few calories!

There is also break time for snacks which of course is my favorite break since coming across Cafe Breaks! These little cups of heaven are so delicious and give me that little push of power that I need to get through the rest of the day. 

A few things I love about @cafe_breaks is that they have no preservatives, they are less than 100 calories (yay me) and that they are fairly priced! You can find these little gems at Kroger in the snack isle. You're going to love these!!

One thing I can't live without....a watch. I know, we have phones now....among cool tech watches but theres just something about the feel of a good old fashioned watch! When JORD reached out to me and asked if I would try one of their watches, I fell in love with the Zebrawood & Champagne watch from the Frankie series. The grain on this watch is amazing and I love that JORD uses the whole wood stock for their watches not a veneer.
